NJ Education Advocacy and Consultation Fees

There is a sliding scale for advocacy services as based on Title I Income Eligibility Guidelines.

Initial consultation (60 min.):                     No fee

Formal Intake:                                                  $500*

Hourly rate:                                                        $100

Travel time rate/hr.:                                       $40 plus mileage

Email:                                                                    $10 per 6’; received/sent

Reduced Price Meals Eligibility:

Formal Intake:                                                   $400*

Hourly rate:                                                        $75

Travel time rate/hr.:                                       $30 plus mileage

Email:                                                                  $7.50 per 6’; received/sent

Free Meals Eligibility:   

Formal Intake:                                                   $300*

Hourly rate:                                                        $50

Travel time rate/hr.:                                       $20 plus mileage

Email:                                                                    $5 per 6’; received/sent

Mileage:  Federal rate as per the year of service travel

* TBD as based on services required.  Minimum formal intake fee is $300.
